Here we see a few of our huge chocolate tanks. At Palmer, we have a total of seven tanks like this,
each containing 80,000 pounds of melted chocolate! The chocolate is kept in liquid form at a continual
temperature of 110 to 115 degrees. Most of these container-machines are imported
from Germany and Denmark.
